With the partnership with BNPL company Affirm, US merchants accepting Amazon Pay can now provide their customers with the option to pay in installments. Since 2021, Amazon has provided US customers with Affirm pay-over-time options through its website and mobile app.

It is now giving Amazon Pay merchants the opportunity to provide the same. Bi-weekly and monthly pay-over-time options are available at the checkout using Affirm’s Adaptive Checkout. Customers can choose Affirm as their payment method and go through a real-time approval process without having their credit score affected when they use the Amazon Pay button on a participating retailer’s website during the checkout process.

Affirm has already been incorporated by Amazon Pay merchants like Casper, USA Berkey Filters, and UltraSabers.
