Bankable acquires Arex Markets, an embedded finance company

Banking-as-a-Service platform Bankable has acquired Arex Markets, giving the combined company the ability to integrate credit and working capital into the payment flows of neobanks, multinational brands, and fintech platforms.

The deal’s financial details weren’t made public. Bankable will upgrade its current API-first digital platform with working capital. Bankable asserted that it will provide limitless working capital paired with a sizable portfolio of pertinent clients through extensive investor partnerships.

The B2B wholesale travel industry is implementing the first use cases for the combined offering to support working capital for supplier payments.
