Insures Benicia, based in Des Moines, and Swiss Re Reinsurance have partnered strategically to create an end-to-end digital claims management solution.
Swiss Re claimed that compared to other areas of the insurance value chain, most notably underwriting and distribution, investment in enhancing the claims process has lagged. The claims management solution combines Swiss Red’s Claims Automated Rules Engine and risk management expertise with Benekiva’s claims administration system.
The platform provides support for digital claim intake, comprehensive workflow, correspondence, and document management, claims risk scoring and triaging, as well as built-in payout and audit capabilities.
