Using Google’s PaLM2 large language model, UK fintech company Bud has created a generative AI core and chatbot for personalized customer insights.
The new logic core will be integrated into Bud’s current lending and affordability product, as well as into its money management app and a new intelligent agent that will respond to customer inquiries.
The new chatbot, known as Jas, uses research data from previous consumer transactions to provide “hyper-personalized” responses to customer questions and to suggest the best credit product or financial planning advice for each individual customer.
