CaixaBank establishes a 100-person GenAI team

CaixaBank has assembled a multidisciplinary task force of over 100 people to work solely on and deploy generative artificial intelligence in specific areas of internal and customer-related services.

The team of one hundred people, which is composed of members from different departments and specializations within CaixaBank and its technology subsidiary CaixaBank Tech, collaborates with Microsoft and Accenture from offices located in Madrid and Barcelona.

CaixaBank benefits from the partnership with Microsoft by having access to GPT models and other models in a safe testing environment as well as innovations that aren’t yet on the market.
