The Spanish financial institution CaixaBank has formed a new, long-term strategic partnership with Google Cloud to hasten its move to the cloud and foster innovation through the use of data and analytics tools.
In accordance with the contract, CaixaBank will use Google Cloud’s cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to create new services for its clients and advance the digital transformation of the company.
The bank said that it understood that this was a crucial tool for advancing the commercial offering’s customization and enhancing its customer relationships.
