Citi has launched a digital client platform for its commercial bank customers that consolidates all of its products and services. Customers will be given a 360° consolidated view of their relationship across Cash, Loans, Trade, FX, Servicing, and Onboarding, according to CitiDirect Commercial Banking.
The system will be tested in the second half of the year in Hong Kong, India, Singapore, and the UK. It is already live in the US, where more than two thirds of the client base actively use it.
According to the bank, CitiDirect provides the data-driven insights needed to support decision-making and effective management of routine banking interactions. Customers can also open accounts online and request new goods and services.
