Commercial International Bank Egypt picks IBM for business integration

IBM technology has been selected by Commercial International Bank Egypt (CIB) to integrate new and current services from branches, digital channels, mobile and online banking, IVR, business processes, and CRM.

The bank’s goal is to update its IT infrastructure and embark on a digital transformation include the integration.

IBM created a microservices using IBM Cloud Pak for Integration and deployed it on Red Hat OpenShift, a platform that connects data and apps to offer a single, unified experience, to transform CIB’s digital banking.
