Citi selects Delta Capita to materialize its branded digital communications workflow management software capability, QMA.

QMA is an intelligent workflow management tool designed to allow operations and service teams to manage and prioritize emails and chats seamlessly. QMA also allows team capacity and opportunities for process improvement.

Citi will use QMA in multiple business to deliver measurable improvements to client experience. It will also use to significantly reduce email volumes through auto-assignment, and boost rapid response to client enquiries.

This will drive Delta Capita’s aim to deliver mutualized managed services and technology tools to the financial services industry. This will also demonstrate Citi’s leadership in providing innovative solutions.
