Israeli digital bank One Zero has announced the launch of a generative AI chatbot that can respond right away to unrestricted customer inquiries. With 450 customers participating in the pilot program, ONE ZERO Bank intends to launch the service to the general public in Q4 2023.

According to Gal Bar Dea, CEO of One Zero Bank, it will offer financial advice and be one of the first-gen AI chat platforms for private banking. The current conversation menus, which rely on decision trees and predefined answers, will be replaced by the new chat system.

Instead, the AI-based assistant will respond to a variety of queries, including both straightforward questions and more difficult ones like comparing costs between particular months of different years.
