Fossil Group Empowers Retail Experience with New Mobile Point-of-Sale (PoS) Investment

Fossil Group is enhancing its omnichannel capabilities by investing in mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) technology across its Fossil, Fossil Outlet, and Watch Station stores.

NewStore is leading the project, replacing the old store solution with a cloud-based mPOS that empowers associates to conduct transactions on the store floor using mobile devices.

This initiative aims to improve the shopping experience, provide better access to order and inventory data, and support various omnichannel operations in hundreds of Fossil locations across 19 countries.
