Envestnet, Inc. appoints Joshua B. Warren as Chief Financial Officer. Warren is an expert financial executive who serves as a senior advisor to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and will transition to become the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Warren will work to ensure a smooth banking transition for customers and clients. The company believes that Josh will bring financial discipline, analytical accuracy, and strategic insight from his substantial industry experience to the business and improve financial tasks.

In response, Warren also looks forward to enhancing all financial aspects by executing with scale, speed, and efficiency while expanding margins and cash flows and delivering value to clients and shareholders.
