MangoPay, a European provider of payment technology for marketplaces and platforms, has acquired When Then, a Dublin-based payments technology firm.
WhenThen, a company established in December 2020, provides a no-code editor for coordinating payments across e-commerce marketplaces. “Acquiring WhenThen enables Mangopay to rapidly accelerate its payment capabilities while providing the best payment experiences in the market,” says Romain Mazeries, CEO of Mangopay.
In light of the company reporting 35% year-over-year growth and a total transaction value of over €11.3 billion by 2022, MangoPay recently announced its intention to hire 250 people this year.
