Morgan Stanley Will Launch AI Chatbot to Encourage Wealth

Morgan Stanley will launch AI Chatbot for wealthy clients willing to invest to boost their financial businesses and reach customers faster.

The bank has been testing bots with 1,000 financial advisers. It has decided to bring out a generative artificial intelligence bot developed by the makers of ChatGPT and OpenAI.

With this, Bankers can use the virtual assistant to find, research, or forms at once quickly. The bank is also developing technology to create conversations, draft a follow-up email, and update the bank’s sales database.

This will help clients learn how to help advisers manage their finances, taxes, retirement savings, and inheritances.
