In order to hasten the development of generative AI services for the investment industry, benchmark provider MSCI has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud.
In order to create new products, the partnership will combine Vertex, an artificial intelligence platform from Google Cloud, with proprietary data and analytics from MSCI.
The project will concentrate on three areas—risk signals, conversational AI, and climate generative AI and will thus take advantage of two of the asset management industry’s most popular tech trends, AI and ESG investing.
Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian stated that “the partnership with MSCI to build generative AI-powered solutions will enable MSCI’s clients to build more climate-resilient portfolios.”
