Paymentology and FutureBank collaborate to issue virtual cards

FutureBank, a platform for open banking and embedded finance, has partnered with Paymentology, a top global issuer-processor, to give banks and fintechs easier access to contemporary card issuing and processing technology, allowing for the instant issuance of virtual cards.

According to the company, the partnership between the two firms allows financial institutions limited by their core legacy banking systems to issue virtual cards instantly.

This will give traditional banks a speed and digital advantage without having to replace their entire infrastructure.
