Paysend, a UK based card-to-card payments platform, has partnered with TelevisaUnivision, a Spanish-language media and content company, to target the 60 million-strong Hispanic population in the United States.

In a media-for-equity agreement, the two businesses agreed to Televisa becoming a sizable shareholder in Paysend in exchange for a media and advertising commitment worth USD 30 million over three years.
