The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) is launching a modern program dashboard to track Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund (PAHAF) status that provides financial assistance to qualified homeowners for mortgage and housing-related expenses.
The new dashboard will combine data from the previous third-party vendor with current PHFA program data to provide transparency and accountability in the program’s operations.
The platform will help applicants, community partners, and policymakers to view quick PHFA responses for funds to homeowners.
PHFA will introduce added interactive capabilities, including the ability to view more detailed information and details by the various assistance types.
PHFA is empowering to accelerate the process to help eligible Pennsylvania homeowners and strengthen the transparency of this program.
