Santander Corporate Bank migrates to the new Gravity platform on Google Cloud

Banco Santander has successfully migrated its corporate and investment banking operations to Gravity, its new cloud-native core banking platform.

Since the Gravity software supports parallel processing, the bank can run workloads in the cloud and on its current core banking mainframe at the same time, enabling real-time testing without interfering with its operations.

The bank claims it has already successfully moved all of its commercial clients in the UK and its consumer business in Chile, without any service interruptions.
