Teamshares receives USD 245 million from leading VC firms

With its most recent funding announcement, Teamshares, the innovative market leader for employee ownership in small businesses, has garnered media attention.

The company has acquired USD 245 million in venture capital. Among the recent inflow is a significant USD 124 million Series D funding round. Frank Rotman of QED Investors served as the inspiration behind this Series D round.

Former investors Inspired Capital, Khosla Ventures, Slow Ventures, Spark Capital, and Union Square Ventures all played a significant role in the investment.

Teamshares says that the company is supported by customized software, thorough training, and cutting-edge financial tools. They intend to create a remarkable USD 10 billion in new wealth through employee stock ownership.
