TransUnion, a global information and insights company, invited senior leaders from the financial services and insurance industries to its inaugural Financial Inclusion Forum to discuss new ways to serve the underserved in response to findings that one in five adults in the US are either outside the current credit ecosystem or lack sufficient credit data to be scored by traditional risk models. The Forum focused on ways to connect with and engage new consumers as well as the development of fair goods and services, which will, in turn, open up new avenues for business expansion while fostering long-term resilience and prosperity.
